Saw a friend today who will soon have an "empty nest" and we did some good remembering of summers with children gone by...I was reminded of how our connections with others bless us on the journey here on earth and help us remember to count our blessings and thank our Creator.
ReplyDeleteSpent the evening with our church small group that has been going strong for the last couple of years. It is always great company and good conversation. We share a common goal of learning more about God's word, and a better understanding of what it means to each of us. I have truly been blessed to be a part of this group.
